Meet Antonio
Ciao — I’m Antonio. I grew up in Northern Italy, where drinks are part of the rhythm of life.
Years later in Melbourne, working with artisan producers and local retailers, I saw a gap. The flavours I missed weren’t the big commercial names — they were the small-batch spritz bases, the bittersweet sodas, the craft beers that remind you of home.
Zanga is my answer to that. A way to bring Italy’s real drinking culture down under.
