**Returns & Consumer Rights**

At Zanga Imports, we respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

If your item is **faulty, damaged, incorrectly described, or breaches a consumer guarantee**, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange — provided the request is made **within 15 days** of receiving your order and proof of purchase is supplied.

Please note:  
We **do not accept returns for change of mind**. All returns must relate to a valid issue under Australian Consumer Law.

All return requests are handled via email.
